Simchat Torah -- October 21 (Holy Day)
Chanukah  --  December 21-28 (Festival)
Tu B'Shevat --  February 8 (Festival)
Purim  --  March 8 (Festival)
Passover  --  April 7-14 (8 days; April 7 & 8, 13 & 14 are Holy Days)
Yom Hashoah April 19 (Remembrance of the Holocaust)
Yom Ha'atzma'ut April 26 (Israel Independence Day)

Shabbat:

 

The Jewish Sabbath begins Friday at sunset and lasts until Saturday at sunset.  Observant Jews do not work, engage in commerce of any kind, travel or write on the Sabbath.
