Race, Class, Religion and the Law Collide

 in this Courtroom Drama

AND THE AUDIENCE IS THE JURY!

 

A Southside African American businesswoman sues a Jewish real estate developer from the North Shore for defamation. The audience deliberates for 15 minutes and then votes: for the plaintiff or against the plaintiff.

A post-play discussion with the playwright and cast offers additional opportunity for discussion of the highly-charged themes in the play.

 

This event is free of charge and Decalogue is offering 1.5 hours of CLE credit for participation.
