Date: Wednesday, December 16, 2009 | Reception: 5 to 6 p.m. | Dinner: 6 to 8 p.m.
Location: Four Seasons Hotel Chicago at 120 E. Delaware Place
Cost: $75 per person (payment must be made with reservation as this price is being
charged at cost). $100 at the door. Price includes a three-course meal, wine with dinner, and coffee & tea service.
Cash bar will be available during the reception. Registration deadline is Friday,
December 4, 2009.
Charity Toy and Coat Drive: Please bring toys and gently-used coats to be donated to various charitable organizations.
Monetary Donations: If you cannot bring any donations, we welcome monetary
donations (suggested amount of $25). All monetary donations will be used to purchase food (turkey) and toys for Chicago-area homeless shelters and food depositories.
Raffle: One Night's Stay in an Executive Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago on
New Year's Eve 2010—valued at $1,250!
